About these Terms and Conditions
In these terms and conditions ‘we’ and ‘us’ shall mean DocSam.com, and ‘you’ shall mean you the customer. These terms and conditions together with acceptance of your order constitute the Contract between us and you for the supply of Products. No other terms and conditions shall apply. The contract cannot be varied unless we agree to vary it in writing.

Docsam.com reserves the right to alter, amend or remove products from the price list and website without liability.
Accuracy
Every effort has been made to ensure that any information on the website/catalogue is accurate, however no warranty is given as to the accuracy of the information provided. You should always refer to a practitioner before purchasing a product and you should not use this site to diagnose a health problem. The information on the website should not be used to self-treat, Docsam.com cannot be liable for any implications that may arise out of failure to seek practitioner advice.
Price and Payment
The price you pay will be the price on the website at the time of acceptance of the order. However, please refer to ‘Product Description’ above for exceptions to this.
Value Added Tax
All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT. If you are outside of the EU then you will not be liable to VAT.
Order Acceptance
When you place an order, you make an offer to us to purchase the products you have selected based on these terms and conditions. We may or may not accept your offer at our discretion. However if we do not accept your order we will notify you by telephone providing you have given us a valid telephone number.
Delivery
Your order will usually be dispatched within 2 working days from you placing your order. However orders placed on a weekend/UK Public Holiday will not be processed until the next available working day. Orders in the UK will be sent out by 1st class post. International orders should expect to take longer to be delivered.
Law
English law will apply to the contract between us and the English courts will have jurisdiction in the case of any dispute. Any dispute that cannot be settled through negotiations shall be subjected to Sole Arbitration under the London Chamber of Commerce and rules thereunder. Such Arbitration shall be conducted in London.
Liability
Liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage from use of the products is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Your statutory rights will not be affected.
Returns Policy
All returns need to have a Return Merchandise Authorisation number (RMA) generated by phoning 0845 329 6240 within 30 days of the invoice date. Please do not send the product back to the Dispensary without contacting us for a RMA number.
Returns will only be accepted if unopened and with the product seal intact and will incur a 25% restocking fee, postage will not be refunded.
All returns are evaluated before being processed.
Your statutory rights of return are unaffected.
Goods that are broken, damaged or sent in error will be refunded in full or resent on request.
There will be no refund on tinctures supplied.
Refunds will be made as per the original method of payment.
All goods must be returned within 7 days of a RMA number being issued. - Returns will not be processed without an RMA Number.
